After 2 years of tsunami, our goverment never learn or improve their emergency respond. So far I know a few NGOs are respond much more faster than goverment agency.

i am sure your and others families are well taken off and safe and sound.
once a while there going to have big flood in segamat, is a seasonal thingy.
ask kok ying to create a flickr account and upload all the flood photos there as she is the only one currently stuck in segamat.
floor in low-lying area i would agree with you tha is seasonal. but the floor that flooded
