[侧眼看世界]Damien Rice, Aung San Su Kyi & Burma

I knew about Damien Rice from Onn and I like his music very much. I even found out that he had a birthday song for Aung San Suu Kyi back in 2004.

After 20 years, Burma still in chaos and yet more and more Burmese fled home to work oversea, particular in Malaysia. When you go to dine in Malaysia, especially Klang valley, you would notice that most of waiters and waitresses are Burmese, who can speak a little bit of Cantonese, Malay and English. They are hard working, that why the local employee prefer them than other foreign workers.

Here is the song from Damien Rice and hope you enjoy it. Unplayed Piano (it mean Su Kyi and her party won the election in 1990 but never rule the country because the junta refused to surrender their power)
